TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE

All sales are subject to Bon Bon’s (Wholesale) Ltd terms and conditions and a copy of these can be sent upon request.

We aim to despatch all standard* items within 3 – 5 working days from order date. We do not process back orders as standard unless requested.

Although we always do our best to honour brochure prices, prices may vary due to circumstances beyond our control. We will of course notify you of these before despatch.

All pack sizes, weights and designs are correct as at the time of print, designs and contents of products may be subject to change and any specific requirements should be checked upon ordering.

Claims for any breakages, shortages or other incidents which deem the product unsellable or unsellable at the MRP should be notified to us within 5 working days of receiving the delivery. We retain the right not to offer credits to claims outside of these terms.

We do not offer a sale or return policy; goods should not be returned to us without prior written agreement.

New accounts will be required to pay pro forma for at least the first order, credit terms are available once a credit check is carried out and approved by our accounts department.

If you wish to cancel an order for any reason or remove specific items from an order we must be notified within 24hrs of the order being placed and prior to the order being booked in with your site (if applicable) once stock is despatched we are unable to recollect this must be returned at your own cost and will be credited once received back and confirmed is in re sellable state.

VAT is payable on all products unless stated otherwise. VAT will be added at the standard rate at invoice stage.

Minimum order for free UK mainland delivery is £235 excluding VAT. 

Bon Bon’s (Wholesale) Ltd retains the ownership of delivered goods until full payment has been made and cleared by our bank. In the event of non-payment by the purchaser by the due date we shall be entitled, in addition to all other rights, to enter premises where the goods may be and recover possession of them.

Standard * stock items are those that are not bespoke products or own branded items.
